What is the refund policy?
Right of withdrawal and when it applies.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. This applies only if you have not opened your first simulated trade. Once you place a trade, the service is considered used and the withdrawal right no longer applies.
Requests must be sent to [email protected] within the 14-day period. If eligible, the program fee is refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.

Chargebacks are treated as a material breach
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds is treated as a material breach of the Agreement. In such cases, Orion reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to its services and to refuse any current or future use of the platform.
