Why was my account suspended?

The main reasons Orion suspends or closes access to your account.

Main reasons

A prohibited trading practice was confirmed: Forbidden Trading Practices
Account or device sharing was detected
An eligibility issue was identified, such as being from a restricted jurisdiction

What happens

Access to your Client Section and all associated programs is removed. If a prohibited practice is detected on one program, all your active programs may be affected. Accounts closed due to rule violations or eligibility issues are not eligible for a fee return.
