Who can join?
Eligibility requirements, age restrictions, and country limitations.
Basic requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must not be a resident or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction
- You must not be subject to international sanctions
- You must not have a criminal record related to financial crime or terrorism
- You must complete Orion's identity verification (KYC) before accessing an Orion Trader Account
Restricted jurisdictions
Orion does not accept clients from certain countries. The current list includes the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Bangladesh and others subject to international sanctions or regulatory restrictions. The full, up-to-date list is published on orionfunded.com and may change from time to time.

If your country is on the restricted list, Orion can't accept your registration. The full updated list is at orionfunded.com.
Legal entities and companies
Companies can participate. If you register as a legal entity, your beneficial owner must also individually meet the eligibility criteria.
One account per person
You can only have one Client Section. Multiple programs can run simultaneously under the same account.
